2. Open the lid of the Box, place your phone inside, and close the lid.
3. Set the desired lock time.
4. Press and hold the function button for 2 seconds to enter the hesitation period. During this period, press the button again to cancel the lock; if there is no operation, the box will lock and start the countdown.
5. When the set time ends, the Self-Discipline Box will automatically unlock, and the buzzer will sound. At this time, you can open the lid and take out the phone.

Timer and Display Details

• Timer Range: 0–99 hours.
